We drive on the left-hand side of the road in The British Virgin Islands. There are no roads on Cooper Island of course, but there are plenty of car rental agencies in Tortola if you wish to explore. They will issue you with a temporary driving license and insurance is recommended. The minimum age for Car Rentals is 25yrs.
